I recently placed an order with this company

I recently placed an order with this company, and two items were missing from my order. The parcels were not damaged in transit, so I do not think that they were lost in transit. I contacted the company by email to see if they could locate the items for me. However, their customer service team told me that their system was correct and that I should check again because the items were definitely in my parcels. This is the same thing that happened when I ordered from them a couple of months ago. Their customer service is useless as they do not have a phone number to call them on. I will be sticking with high street stores in future when purchasing products like these.:

The shopkeeper took three boots from me

The shopkeeper took three boots from me. The most expensive was worth $40, the next-most $30, and the last $20. They were new and in excellent condition. I was disappointed when they offered me a sum of $13.30 for them all—a sum which came to $4.43 each. I waited an hour for their review of my merchandise; it was not worth my time or money to go there again.

Some items I received that I did not like were small rubber balls, pencils, miniature pencil top erasers, and flimsy bookmarks. However, some of the items were things I did like: star erasers, stress balls, star-shaped notepads, and paratrooper dolls. I have ordered products from this company on several occasions. On one occasion, I received a defective product with an order. I notified the company of the defect, emailed pictures, and we discussed the situation over email. The company was understanding, and refunded me for the defective item along with my shipping costs. In saying all this, it is important to note that there have been occasions when I had items lost or damaged in transit. This is mainly because I did not measure correctly or because of inaccuracies on their size charts and measurements. However, customer service has always been very understanding when I reached out to them about these issues and they have resolved them for me quickly and efficiently."
