Delivery - done

I have not tried any of the wines I recently ordered, choosing to give them time to settle down after their long journey. Laithwaites' delivery via usual reliable courier was excellent as usual, with the delivery being within the two-hour estimated slot on the tracking notification. I had one concern, however—Laithwaites appears to reserve payment and charge card on their system as far as two weeks before the delivery takes place, which will make me think twice about ordering wine regularly.

Unresponsive

I have written a review previously about my New York trip. I saw a deal for a group trip to the Caribbean and emailed Mikay Mattson at ext 22963 about it. She became 100% unresponsive after I purchased the tickets. I have many important, valid questions that need to be answered before we leave.

I can't imagine that even the XL would fit me

Service from this online store was awesome, but the large size ordered (12-14) barely fit my daughter who wears a size 8. I can't imagine that even the XL would fit me.

order arrived late

I paid extra for express shipping, but my order arrived late. The tracking number I was given by FedEx showed me that the package was "delivered" and signed for by someone I didn't recognize, who could've been a thief or a courier. Is this acceptable? I want a full refund.

Company's values are the real reason we made the switch

Our conversation was interrupted because I couldn't locate certain info in a timely fashion. Although I do believe he would have waited on line for me, James returned my call as promised and we were able to complete our transaction. Thus far, I am pleased with the service, as I'm getting more than twice the amount of Gigs for an even lower monthly fee. This company's values are the real reason we made the switch!
