Apple Watch bundle was terrible

I do not intend to do business with this company again after I placed my order. I went to chat and asked for the order to be cancelled because I wanted to check out the company. My order has been pending for 5 days and nobody has responded. It looks like their strategy is to get you to place an order first and then respond so that it would be too late for you to cancel. The item is still listed as "Preparing for Shipment" even though it's been 3 days since they said it was shipped.

Unable to get a refund

I joined this early hours of the morning to find it was impossible to provide my son's email address. I was unable to make contact with the site and was unable to get a refund. It is grossly unfair that an online service does not provide information on how to contact a physical location, or provide a means for customers to receive assistance when there is a problem with their purchase.
