i've got no refund

I ordered some clothing from a company several months ago. The clothes did not fit me, so I returned them. The company never refunded my money for two weeks, saying that there was a problem with my credit card. They told me they could not refund me and that I should contact PayPal instead. When I disputed this charge with PayPal and asked the company to refund me through PayPal, they told me that they had already refunded my money. But this claim was not true—I never received the refund. After many attempts at contacting customer service and getting no response except for stock responses that were not true , it became clear that this company was lying about sending the refund and pocketing my money . That is why I do not recommend you shop there .

Hello, everyone. An update on my review from one year ago: no change in my experience with MorningSave. I ordered two (2) Cup Call Cup Holder Phone Mounts on July 28, 2022, and have not received them yet. The latest tracking information states that my package is in Stow, OH. It has been in Stow since yesterday at 12:05pm ET, leaving CARROLLTON on August 3rd at 2:06pm ET. Needless to say, DHL is the slowest delivery service on earth. I recommend that you avoid shopping with MorningSave at all costs; their prices are not worth the wait for delivery of your purchases.

Be prepaired not to get a refund in case

I’d like to request a refund because I never received the item that I purchased. I ordered a pair of shorts, and FedEx shows the package being delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted the company about this issue, they told me that they don’t issue refunds for this reason and instructed me to file a police report if it had been stolen—though they did not provide any evidence that they themselves filed a police report regarding the missing package. It seems unlikely that they would have provided proof of filing a police report if they themselves did so; therefore it is likely that they kept my money without issuing an item in return. Given that their response was unprofessional and dishonest, I am requesting an immediate refund so that my business with this company will be ended immediately.
