Charged me an additional $530

To avoid an additional fee for early return, my reservation required that I pick up the car at 4:05 p.m. and drop it off by 5:20 p.m. on the day following my rental period. When I arrived at 4:03 p.m., I was told that the terminal was closed and that I would be charged an additional $530 if I dropped off the car before 8 p.m. The employee also informed me that this policy is printed on their website but is not posted in their store or on their receipt, which led me to believe that this information was disclosed only upon request––a questionable business practice in my opinion.

I’ve paid for an order that hasn’t been delivered.I sent them my complete address, but they haven’t sent it yet. I’m still waiting for my order and don’t know what happened to it.

A poor way they conduct a business

It takes days for PINZOO purchases to show up on the telephone when placed over the computer with a credit card. Sometimes there is some code that is also required to activate the account. That code is not shown unless one digs around for it as for why the phone is not working. Past minutes are not carried over to new refills either, which makes it difficult for customers who forget how much time they have left on their current PINZOO refill until their balance runs low. This is a poor way to conduct business.
