I recently went to obtain a report on my daughter who recently passed away and was looking for any information that might disturb an already grieving father. I was told there would be a single fee for the report, but then I was charged an additional premium charge that I did not authorize. When I called customer service about this issue, the agent became argumentative and refused to grant my request to remove the unauthorized premium charge from my bill.

Gently baked and fresh

I have been feeding my year-old German Shepherd the fresh beef recipe for almost three years. I was glad when they introduced the baked version, because it is more convenient for me. I transitioned her from fresh to baked over several days, and she did well with it. She seems to really enjoy her food now that it is baked. Her bowel movements have not changed at all since I made the switch.

Neal's Yard Remedies MakeUp & Cosmetics

Terrible Service!

In the past, I have ordered Neal's Yard Remedies products from high street outlets but decided to order directly this time. I was disappointed to discover that my delivery arrived a week and a half later and missing some items. After speaking with customer service four times, they told me they were "investigating" why my order was incomplete. They assured me that overnight delivery would be provided and that my order would arrive the next day. They broke their promise once again, so I will no longer be shopping with Neal's Yard Remedies online or in-store.

The worst departm store ever!

Worst department store ever. Purchased shoes that didn't fit. Returned them within the store's restrictive time window, but because Fed Ex was used to ship the package back, it took a month for Fed Ex to return the package to the store, and when they did they shipped it back to me. Because they had not checked the tracking number on their end before mailing the package back, they refused my return. After spending 45 minutes on hold with them in order to have a supervisor authorize my return via phone, I was forced to make yet another trip to their store, wasting yet more money and time.
